"The 1912" - date of construction of the Cures Marines, a casino that became a museum, then a spa and finally a MGallery by Sofitel hotel - has achieved the feat of being awarded a star in only two years of existence. A tour de force that we owe to the talent of chef Johan Thyriot arrived in February 2016 and has already been awarded three stars when he was in charge of BRAS TOYA in Japan.
