Organising a large convention? Combine the three Rohan and you can seat up to 600 people in theatre layout. Does your event rely on different teams working together?  No problem. With the modular spaces, you can create a variety of configurations. The technical side of events is easy too. All rooms are equipped with “click and share”, meaning all you have to do is plug in your laptop and the sound and images will be shared!

On the same level, you have the Flore. This big bright room with lake views is fitted with doors that open onto a terrace…with a pool! Add in the adjoining relaxation area with cosy armchairs, and the Flore can cater for up to 250 seated guests in a round-table layout, or 600 attendees in a cocktail setup.

A successful meeting requires delicious catering! Fortunately, you’re in the right place. At the Pullman Bordeaux Lac, the dining team can make suggestions and adapt to your preferences. If you’re planning a residential seminar (up to 330 participants possible as all bedrooms can be converted into twin rooms), you will appreciate the abundant and varied breakfast on offer.

And the restaurant? The chef at the Aquitania uses seasonal ingredients carefully paired with wines selected by the sommelier from the Vinoteca by Pullman: well, we are in Bordeaux!
