What's more, it's just a 10-minute drive from the airport and IFEMA, Madrid's biggest conference and events venue.

TO ORGANIZE YOUR NEXT EVENT AT Novotel Madrid City Las Ventas

A 10-minutes drive from the airport and IFEMA

The hotel is in the bustling Las Ventas area close to Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas, which is the world's third-biggest bullring and a classic place to hold events. Despite this, the street the hotel is on is actually very quiet.

The views of Madrid from each of its eight floors are also breathtaking. If you stay in any of the 252 bedrooms or 8 suitesyou just have to open the windows wide and enjoy the panorama before you. This is a fantastic amenity.

While it's hard to beat the views of Madrid, there are many other reasons why you'd want to hold an event or meeting here. The hotel is close to the city center (there's a bus stop outside on a route that goes to Sol) and has good connections to Madrid Barajas Airport and IFEMA, the city's biggest conference and events venue, plus its own parking over three floors.

The design and decor also have their own personality (and unusual attractive furnishings).

Nine rooms with natural light, three terraces and a pool

Novotel Madrid City Las Ventas has nine event rooms with natural light on a single floor. All are well-connected, open and modular so they can be adjusted to suit the capacity of your event or meeting. You can equally organise a large event for up to 200 people in the plenary room, or a small event for 15 people with maximum privacy. The hotel is a great option for smaller groups as it will give you a change of scene after a day at IFEMA (a 10-minute drive away) for an intimate meeting or some coworking or networking. All the rooms have their own basic audiovisual equipment and you can also hire the kit you need for hybrid events and online connections.

The large lobby between the rooms and the Insólito restaurant is the perfect place for a stand-up networking session, coffee break or cocktails. The very bright Insólito restaurant is a nice place to eat as it opens onto a covered terrace (with plenty of glass to allow you to carry on enjoying the views if the weather turns) and two outdoor terraces where you can also arrange events!

Outside, there's a photo area and sofas that make up a chillout zone where you can unwind as the sun sets and an afterwork event begins. The hotel is known in the city for its afterwork events with a DJ and cocktails! The icing on the cake is the impressive outdoor pool.

The best mixology at Insólito and Madrid at your feet

You'll be full of energy after some food, coffee, cocktails or even an informal meeting at the bright Insólito restaurant! You'll never before have seen anything like its furniture, which is incredibly colorful and groundbreaking. You can also move this to any of the nine events spaces inside the hotel to jazz up your meeting with a special setup.

The restaurant's delicious Mediterranean and oriental fusion cuisine featuring fresh ingredients and surprising grilled dishes comes with a side of fantastic views. And the hotel also has a 24-hour gym where you can work off your meal.

Imagine tasty cocktails and sunsets over Madrid at the end of your event: what a tempting prospect! The standout feature of this hotel is Insólito's large circular bar with its young bartenders. These master mixologists are so good that the hotel can organise special teambuilding sessions where participants make cocktails. A sushi expert, a ham slicer and all kinds of vegetarian and vegan food are also available, meaning you can choose just the kind of gourmet catering you want at your event!

With a bus stop right outside the hotel on a line that goes to Sol, you can also choose to go into Madrid. Once in the center, you have endless different options from private experiences and museum visits to musicals and sports such as motor racing or even a hot-air balloon ride over Madrid and its beautiful surroundings.
