Benefit from 3000m² for your events at the Novotel Madrid Center

Just five minutes from the Retiro Park and eleven kilometres from the airport, this spacious, 3,000-square-metre Novotel – the largest in the world – is an exclusive choice for meetings and events, and is the most central venue for large scale meetings. You won’t find within the city centre another venue that can accommodate 800 people in one auditorium and that has 790 guest rooms! If you prefer small groups and are searching for more intimate or networking facilities, the new Baobab room is ideal for groups of up to 30 people, and even has a swing chair.

TO ORGANIZE YOUR NEXT SEMINAR AT NOVOTEL MADRID CENTER

In the heart of Madrid, with a modern, city vibe

With 790 rooms (some with terraces and panoramic views) in Calle O’Donnell in the heart of the Salamanca district, with the Retiro Park on one side and Madrid’s iconic communications tower on the other (nicknamed “el Pirulí”), it is located in a central part of the city, an area with lots of vitality, accessible transport (metro, airport and bus stations) and all restaurant, leisure and shopping options within walking distance.

There’s no district more fashionable than Salamanca, and no there’s no city more fashionable than Madrid, which was once again crowned the best MICE destination in Europe at the 2021 World MICE Awards.

The spirit and modernity of the city shines through every detail of the hotel, from its graffitied tunnels, the triumphal entrance that makes your guests feel like they have arrived in a big city and… why not some photocalls for your event?

Novotel Madrid Center - Accor group - ALL My Meeting

A choice of 30 rooms and an ubeatable conference hall in the heart of town congrès

A total of 30 modular rooms with different capacities are available here to adapt to each client’s image and technological and catering needs. Three of them even have natural light and access to the terrace and outdoor pool, although the jewel in the crown is the 760-square-metre conference room.

You won’t find within the city centre another venue like this one with an auditorium with capacity for 800 people! Its rigging system (which avoids mounting a truss), technical facilities and neutral decoration can easily be customised with the client’s corporate image and allows flexible assembly. It can also be divided into three areas, each with its own screen and access to the office kitchen.

Experts from Purchasing departments at the CPOnet convention had the use of a plenary room, four parallel sessions, an exhibitors’ area and a private area for informal networking, all without leaving this same space.

If you prefer smaller groups and are looking for more intimacy, the avant-garde Baobab meeting room with natural light for events and space for up to 35 attendees is ideal. For example, 20 people can be seated at high tables, with a further ten on a multicoloured sofa and three moderators on a Chester-type armchair. Or perhaps a casual chat in the relaxation corner with a swing chair? Another option is to create a mixed U-shape set-up combined with a more informal area in the garden area with the sofa.  For interactive sessions there is a magnetic glass board wall where you can draw maps of ideas, concepts and brainstorming.

Combining business and pleasure is possible

As well as all these services, there is a fitness centre equipped with the latest technology. It is open 24 hours a day so as not to break the routine of the most demanding guests. A lot of gym and a lot of yum… in its restaurant, serving a choice of traditional and avant-garde dishes, and the eat bar, open around the clock just like the fitness centre. Madrid-style tapas, chill-out music, ergonomic seats and a video wall make this the top spot for organising a coffee break or a more relaxed session with your guests.

And if you still have doubts, it’s because you haven’t seen the terrace with its amazing views over the city, outdoor pool and even a chill-out area. The Novotel Madrid Center is perfect for both formal and less formal events: after-work meetings, pure networking events, cocktail parties… Many institutions like the Madrid Convention Bureau have brought their members along to enjoy themselves and network surrounded by marvellous views in a relaxed atmosphere. What’s more, there are restaurants, leisure and shopping options just a stone’s throw from the hotel. Why not top off your event with a city visit or experience?
