The nine conference rooms vary in size from 55 sq. m. to 250 sq. m. Five of them can be combined to have an area encompassing 720 sq. m., which can be laid out in multiple configurations. If you hear one of your colleagues say “see you in five minutes at the Roubaix swimming pool”… Don’t worry, there is no teleportation involved! It is just that each conference room is named after one of the region’s iconic cultural sites. All the conference rooms are equipped with a combined screen/video projector. The smallest of the videoconferencing rooms, the Lam room, has the latest video and sound equipment for hybrid meetings.

This immaculate marquee is heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer, with 450 sq. m. of floorspace and 50 sq. m. for catering. If the weather is fine, the surrounding terrace can be used to open up an even larger space, making room for 600 guests in a cocktail party set-up.
