The Pullman atmosphere
The Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy is no exception to this vibrant atmosphere. On entering you are immediately struck by the luminosity of the lobby and the bold combination of materials used in the décor: bright aluminium and warm cork. This was not a random choice by Tom Dixon, the British designer who created the space when it was renovated in 2019. The cork evokes wine bottle stoppers, an allusion to the area’s heritage. As for the aluminium… Did you know that Pullman was originally a sleeping-car company? This material brings to mind the carriages of that era, especially as the lines chosen for the fixtures and furniture are soft and rounded, like the many light fittings, the famous designer’s hallmarks, that decorate the ceiling of LIVE, the bar and restaurant.
Another connection with the trendy lifestyle of the neighbourhood is an original fresco by street artist Kelkin: a map of the hotel in his recognisable signature style.
This warm and appealing space is interspersed with numerous “snug” areas for relaxing… or more energetic pursuits, with the amazing co-tables, located in the co-working space developed in partnership with Wojo, which can be used for working or for playing table tennis!
Modular and personalised
These words illustrate the MICE experience that the Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy offers your teams. The hotel’s total reception area – 2,200 square metres, including 26 meeting rooms and numerous function areas – gives you an idea of the scope of the opportunities available to you.
First of all, the Convention Centre covering 1,500 square metres over one floor at garden level, which can be booked for exclusive use. With a dedicated reception desk in the hotel lobby and a patio, a pleasant green oasis ideal for breaks in the fresh air, this venue is just what you need for a personalised large-scale event. The 420-square-metre conference room can seat up to 420 people, and can be converted into an auditorium seating 315 people. It includes an audiovisual control room and translation booths, and any additional equipment required for your event can be provided. Six breakout rooms are available for brainstorming in smaller groups, as well as a pleasant VIP lounge with comfortable sofas and a screen directly connected to the conference room.
And for catering you will be spoilt for choice: gala receptions, drinks parties and even seated meals (up to 350 people), all on the same floor thanks to the modular nature of this superb space.
Originality and diversity
Another space with a unique atmosphere is the Loft, with its main room, the Atelier. This 190-square-metre room on the ground floor of the hotel, fully redecorated in winter 2021, is bathed in natural light. Divisible into three if required, it can accommodate up to 150 people depending on the configuration, and is equipped with 4 video projectors. Next door, the Atrium, with tiered cork seating, is an amazing informal area for chatting and discussion.
To make your seminar even more flexible, the Loft also has 7 meeting rooms on the same floor. Each one can accommodate 8 to 15 people in a U-shaped configuration, and benefits from daylight, even a terrace for some, as well as the latest video-conferencing systems.
Did you know that there is also a Private Cinema by MK2? With seating for 19, it offers the current MK2 programme, and can also be used for your VIP presentations, Netflix series, or video games and karaoke to make your team building exercises go with a swing!
A special feature of the Loft complex is that it can be completely independent from the rest of the hotel, from which it is separated by an elegant olive green curtain, and has private access to the street and rooms. This advantage is appreciated by famous sports teams wishing to remain out of the public eye!

The Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy has partnered with some leading names to offer customers a wide range of services. Such as the Spa by Sothis, created in 2019, which benefits from the expertise of this French skincare specialist. It offers relaxation and well-being with 4 treatment rooms (solo or duo), an infinity pool with natural light, a steam room and a sauna.
In the Power Fitness area, you can either work out on your own or follow the advice of Les Mills coaches through a wide range of videos.
And for the finishing touch to your appearance, make your way to the Pamper Bar where La Barbière de Paris is located!
Going out
Throughout the hotel, QR codes installed on the tables give you access to the many services on offer. A snack? A signature cocktail? Swipe and pay… You are located and served in less time than it takes to choose! You can also enjoy a drink on the Palapa terrace for an exotic change of scene! If, in spite of all this, you feel like going out to explore the surrounding area, the district has much to offer.
Starting with Bercy Village, where former wine warehouses now house shops, restaurants and art galleries, or the unique Musée des Arts Forains fairground museum. And if you want to go further afield? Nothing could be easier; the Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy is very conveniently situated.
