Mirroring the curves of this famous ski resort, designed by the famous architect, Charlotte Perriand, Mercure Les Arcs 1800 & Spa’s wavy structure seamlessly blends into the mountainside. And in the trough of the wave, you”ll find a heated swimming pool.
At the top, there’s the hotel’s 80 rooms, comprising 11 suites that cater for 4 to 6 guests. And each one has a private balcony!
The building’s original shape creates a stunning interior with plenty of different areas for guests to enjoy. Let’s start in the lobby. After a warm welcome from the hotel staff, enjoy the cosy ambience and settle down in a comfy wooden armchair. Look around, and you’ll see an “egg” with a small table and benches, a striking climbing wall (just for kids or can anyone have a go?!), and the light that bathes the bar and its magnificent fireplace…

There’s also a gym, but no doubt skiing will be high on your list, and you’ll find a ski shop so you can easily gear up, grab your skis and head off to the slopes, and the numerous ski lifts that serve the domain.

In case you’re not sure, rest assured that the beautifully-decorated Jardin Alpin restaurant has all you need for a successful event: dig into a themed evening buffet with menus changed daily and including the irresistible Savoyard evening with dishes made from local produce.
If you like, you can organise a themed meal at lunchtime with dishes served at your table.
Access-wise, you can catch a train to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, which is a 20-minute drive from the hotel.
