Its 246 rooms and 5 suites (2 of which can be used to host your event) remind us we are in a hotel. They are called N’Room and today are more spacious and boast a fresh décor thanks to the exquisite contributions of international artists. If you can actually manage to prise your delegates out of their rooms or (more difficult still) away from the Gourmet Bar, you don’t have to worry about transport. The airport is only 4km away and there are metro stations and bus stops just around the corner, meaning that getting around quickly and comfortably is guaranteed.
Different spaces for large groups or small scale meetings
After crossing the threshold you have everything to hand on the ground floor, with the Gourmet Bar as the central meeting point: 9 rooms for events, covered and open air terrace, a selection of open spaces with tables, stools, sofas or Chesterfield-style armchairs perfect for coffee breaks, cocktail parties or more relaxed and informal gatherings (all with the option of increasing privacy with a series of curtains already installed within the space). Such a high level of connection and accessibility across the entire floor enables you to combine the spaces, divide your event into “breakouts”, or even set up a type of trade fair complete with stands and a display of products.
The 9 meeting rooms feature natural light and their own audiovisual equipment: two of them measure 20m², another two 40m², and there are three larger and partitionable rooms that can be combined (one and a half, two or all three to form a single 352 m² room with a maximum capacity for 250 guests). You will find it hard to find another hotel in Madrid offering such a modern room, without columns, which is bright, flexible, customisable, with 5 screens, 4m ceiling height and natural light.
However, the jewel in the crown is on the first floor: its other outdoor terrace with 2 swimming pools where events have already been organised complete with water-based performances, light shows and music. The terrace is shared with the adjoining Pullman Madrid Airport & Feria (whose rooms you could also easily incorporate into your event if you require even more capacity).

Can you imagine savouring a Magnum-type ice cream when in reality it is a take on a creamy oxtail and rice dish? This is only one example of the creations of chef Luis Bello, who runs the Gourmet Bar. His creative and customised cuisine will see your attendees fall in love at first taste. Event catering has already woven its magic, for example, with a tasting menu inspired by “Around the World in Eighty Days” created to take your guests on a global tour. Whatever your message may be, here is where you will succeed in conveying it in the most unforgettable (and delicious) way possible. All you need to do is leave your guests to enjoy the banquet in the restaurant, on any of the terraces, the rooms… And book yourself into another special corner: the cooking show area with Josper and his Basque grill.
And then there’s the option of ending your event schedule with a workout in the fitness centre, holding a team building session in the Juan Carlos I Park, just a 2-minute walk away, or with a sightseeing visit to Madrid’s emblematic city centre.
