Incentive activity ideas in the mountains

What better way to break the ice than a trip to the snow? The great outdoors and some exercise are always a winning combination for a successful meeting or teambuilding trip. Skiing, cross-country skiing and show-shoeing are all unforgettable activities in stunning settings. For something new, try beginner’s biathlon, climbing a frozen waterfall, an afternoon with huskies, electric mountain-biking on the snow, or even scuba-diving under the ice

On warm days, it’s time to try climbing, canyoning or rafting. Group hikes, visits, foodie experiences and horse-riding are also easy to organise. And, if you enjoy more of a high-octane activity, paragliding is for you! If these thrilling suggestions are a little too much, how about a dinner or a night in…an igloo?! This is sure to appeal to many of your party and is offered by certain resorts (in the Pyrenees, for example).
