Mantis, Mantra, Mövenpick and many other major names in the global hotel industry joined the Accor group this year. These acquisitions have further strengthened the Group's leadership, particularly in Africa, the Middle East and North America.

Accor now owns 50% of Mantis Group, a South African-based company specializing in exceptional and personalized escapes.

April: Accor acquires ResDiary
Accor has completed the acquisition of ResDiary, a high-end restaurant management and reservation platform.
Particularly well established in the Asia-Pacific region and in Great Britain, the platform is active in 60 countries, with 166 million place settings distributed annually to 8,600 establishments.
May: Accor and Algeciras join forces to acquire Chilean group Atton Hoteles
Under the terms of the agreement, Accor will acquire 100 % from the management company operating the 11 Atton hotels (2,259 rooms) in Chile, Peru, Colombia and Florida.
Atton Hoteles was founded in Chile in 2000 and caters to business travelers in the mid to high end segments.
May: Accor completes acquisition of Mantra Group Limited
Mantra, one of Australia's largest hotel distributors and operators, operates 127 properties with over 20,000 rooms in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and Hawaii.
Mantra's portfolio ranges from luxury beach resorts to apartment hotels located in cities and major tourist destinations.
June: Accor acquires Adoria
This SaaS platform offers centralized solutions for tender management, procurement, logistics and production.
Created in France in 2003, Adoria equips 2,700 establishments (30 restaurant groups), has 300,000 active users and more than 800 manufacturers and distributors.

July: Accor reaches agreement to acquire 21c Museum Hotels
21c combines contemporary art museums, boutique hotels, and chef-driven restaurants in eleven new and planned locations across the United States. The company was founded in 2006 in Louisville, Kentucky, by philanthropists and contemporary art collectors Laura Lee Brown and Steve Wilson.
21c Museum is one of the largest museums of contemporary art in the United States, and houses the only collection in North America devoted exclusively to the art of the 21st century.
July: Katara Hospitality and Accor create an investment fund dedicated to the hotel industry in sub-Saharan Africa
With Katara Hospitality, one of the world's largest hotel owners, developer and manager of high-end hotels, based in Qatar, Accor will create a fund worth more than $1 billion.
These financial resources will be allocated to the construction of new hotels on greenfield sites or in the context of urban regeneration projects, as well as to the acquisition of existing establishments. The aim is to create the first hotel fund dedicated to the sustainable development of Africa, thus supporting job creation, training and the people of this continent.
